BUFFALO – The Engineering
and Technologies programs at SUNY Erie Community College will host open
houses on Tuesday, August 13 and Wednesday, August 14 to introduce prospective
students to available programs. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn
about career opportunities, program advisement, registration and financial aid.
The North Campus Engineering and Technologies open house
will be held on Tuesday, August 13 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm and Wednesday, August
14 from 9:00am to 1:00pm in Bretschger Hall, Room B102 on the campus located at
6205 Main Street, Williamsville.
Featured programs include: Building Management &
Maintenance, Building Trades/Residential Light Commercial, Green Building
Technology, Computer & Electronics Technology, HVAC & Refrigeration,
Civil Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Construction Management Engineering
Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, CNC
(Computer Numerical Control) Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering
Technology, and Nanotechnology.
The South Campus Engineering and Technologies open house
will be held on Wednesday, August 14 from 9:00am to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 7:00pm,
in Building 2, Room 2222 on the South Campus, S-4041 Southwestern Boulevard, Orchard
Park. Featured programs include: Architecture, Autobody Repair, Automotive
Technology, Computer Aided Drafting/Design Technology (CADD), Casino Gaming
Machine Repair Technician, Information Technology, Network Support Technology,
Visual Communications Technology, and Web Page Design.
